Signed Books (Made-to-Order Items)

All books sold through this store are signed to order. This means each item is created specifically for the customer at the time of purchase.

Due to the custom nature of these items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the damage or error

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement, refund, or appropriate resolution.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once preparation has begun. As all books are signed to order, processing may begin shortly after purchase.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
